PARTNERSHIP DIRECTOR

Robert Langhorn is the Co-Founder and Group Director at MH Recruitment Group. He brings more than 13 years’ experience in medical workforce solutions across all functions up to director level. He has refined his skills working with hundreds of clinicians and NHS clients, as well in HR Consulting and People Analytics. Robert is a passionate Mental Health advocate and is currently working with the mental health charity Mind on a project to empower those facing challenges through improved fitness and movement.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Simran Biant is the Co-Founder and Operations Director at MH Recruitment Group. Since entering the sector in 2010, Simran has supported a number of successful recruitment organisations with developing their International Nursing functions. Her experience of working with thousands of nurses has shaped her meticulous yet caring approach to staffing, ensuring she provides the highest standard of service with patient care in mind at all times.
